Blair Healy joined Shelfbot as CEO in January 2026, bringing three decades of experience scaling technology businesses from startup to global markets.

His track record includes growing Nortel Networks' Korean operation to become one of the company's most profitable businesses globally, leading ASX-listed Innovonics through a successful 5× exit to US acquirers, and co-founding Cogent Energy—Australia's first trigeneration company—which was acquired by Origin Energy.

Blair's career spans defence systems engineering, telecommunications R&D leadership at Fujitsu, and executive roles across Asia-Pacific. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree (Honours) from UNSW and is a graduate of the Royal Military College Duntroon.

At Shelfbot, Blair is driving go-to-market strategy, building channel partnerships, and preparing the company for international expansion in mid-2026.
